Living the end - Swine Flu Series
I was living in Mexico city when the Swine Flu outbreak was making international news. The city shut down. You could only take food to go (see the one photo with a sign that reads "Solo Para Llevar"). Many mexicans weren't leaving their houses at all and those who did only ventured with a surgical mask. The usually bustling city looked like a set for an apocalypse movie.
In the midst of this confusion, we took my friend miguel's chemical suit that he used for his resin sculptures, and we we went on a post-apocalptic photoshoot.
People in the city really enjoyed the humor and the NY Times featured one the pictures on their Lede blog.
